From 2011, the method of removing the fuel pump sprocket changed. This tool enables the pump removal without removing the timing chain; works in conjunction with 6828.
Diesel Pump Sprocket Puller
Applications: Ford Transit (from 2011) 2.2L TDCi (Puma engine) also found in Land Rover Defender 2.2L TD4 (2001 – 2015).
Equivalent to puller bridge from OEM 303-249 and puller leg kit 303 249-01.
The sprocket no longer has threaded holes which means the legs of the puller used to remove the sprocket must be hooked in shape.
